Navigation map update

I have an Audi Q5 2009 model with MMI navigation plus.

The car is in Cyprus and there are no maps available for Cyprus.

Can anyone tell me how to get the map for Cyprus.

i have read  Audi maps are available in all of Europe with the exception of Turkey, Malta, Cyprus, and Iceland not sure why Turkey, Malta, Cyprus, and Iceland are not included
