Xenon Headlamp problems

Hi all, I'm sure it's been asked before but here goes.

My A4 B7 is a SE edition & has Xenon headlamps. the Near/passenger side headlamp 'flickers' (on dip beam) whilst driving - not sure if its actually going off & back on again or just flickering. Any ideas anyone?

This problem can sometimes be associated with a poor earth, so might be worth checking that first.

Failing blast imo . But change xenon bulbs first just to be sure

Prices vary .. 

I got mine osram cool blue d2s £60 a pair

Not Poundland prices then,  to see if the current ones are OK or not.

Changing for new xenons is never a bad thing as the light output fades with time . I know when i changed mine i was shocked how well they work now :)
