3 Beeping sounds on my Audi a4 1996 1.6 b5 75kw

Hi, im Ollie. I have this problem after 1 month i got the car. The car makes the 3 consecutive beeps when im driving normaly at an interval of time, when i run into a hole on the road, when is in engine brake and i accelerate. I once saw that it lost some brake fluid, i visualy checked the wheel, i replaced with some more fluid, after 1 month it started beeping. If someone has some info regarding my problem, please let me know.

Welcome to the forum Ollie, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) 

Have you noticed if there are any warning lights come on the dash when the beeps happen? I say this as the warning beeps can occur for all sorts of reasons. 

I'd also advise getting a diagnostic check carried out.
