Head unit replacement

Hi folks,

New member and new to Audi.  Looking to update my stereo (think it’s a concert 2) and really like this one: DNX516DABS. 

Problem being it states it’s for VW, Skoda etc.....

what id like to know is has anyone seen anything similar or knows if it will fit/why?

Welcome to the forum Jim, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂

its a nice looking head unit and my advice would be to ask the supplier if it fits the a3 and if it doesn't then ask them what they have that's similar that will fit. I don't see why it wouldn't fit to be honest.
