l1wry Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 In March of this year, I had a new DPF, new sensors and new EGR installed on my Audi A3 TDI Black Edition. Audi done a recall on it last Monday and when they returned it, it didn’t feel right. Then last Thursday the warning lights came on with EGR fault, yet its brand new. So the garage have now got it back but they’re just concerned what Audi have done. Audi were told to do the starter motor recall and we’ve confirmed they haven’t updated the software for the emissions scandal. The garage are currently stripping it down again to check the inlet manifold flap to see if thats full of carbon. Any other ideas why that light could be on if its not the flap? P.s Audi aren't too forthcoming with helping out because they say it relates to the work I had done in March yet it was fine until they had it.
