Window opens sometimes when pressing key button 1999 A8 Sport

Hi All

My 1999 A8 Sport has an intermittent electrical glitch. When I use my remote key to lock the car, the rear passenger window intermittently opens, sometimes fully, sometimes half way.

I looked in the handbook to see the fuses with a view to removing the fuse for the rear electric windows, but I see the electric windows fuse fuse also covers the Central locking.

Hi Paul is it both rear windows or just one? 

My first advice would be to use your spare key to see if it does it with that. Then hopefully you can narrow down if it's the key or the car.
