first audi

hi just lookin for advice i have just put s reconditioned engine in my 2006 audi a4 1.9 tdi but for some reason its gone thriugh 2 sets of injectors any idea why

had a diagnostic plugged in but no faults found cars still in garage yet but wont give me answers
