A4 avant rear parking sensors replacement

Hi, i’m just wondering if any one has any instructions on replacing a rear parking sensor on the avant. I’m guessing it’s a bumper off job. Unfortunately someone ran in the back of me and a parking sensor has been pushed inside the hole in the bumper. Many thanks.

Welcome to the forum David, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂

as the sensor has been pushed in I suspect the bumper will have to come off. I believe usually they just pop out. If you can get the sensor out you may have been lucky and find it's not broken but on the other hand you may find you'll need to have a diagnostic check carried out even after the sensor has been replaced because others may have also been damaged.
