Russavantq Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Hi guy’s new to this forum, I am considering a 2008 9 avant Quattro tip auto. I would rather a powerful petrol after previous v 70 T5 and recently having a diesel mondeo, now the govt are condemning diesels, I am thinking one last decent car b4 the govt make us have a hybrid. The question is 2.8 or 3.2 do you really notice a difference in mpg between the 2. Though the figures are still better than the v70 I had. The bigger issue is the tax but all standard cars will be 500 a year if the govt had their way. I do most of my own servicing but understand petrol engines better too. many thanks.
niedzial1983 Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 3.2 is very nice. I have 3.0tdi and i love it but if i would be buying the car again i would go for 3.2 petrol or more.... 🙂
Russavantq Posted August 10, 2018 Author Posted August 10, 2018 Thanks for that. It just comes down to what’s available I suppose.
