Bluetooth help

Hi all I have just purchased my first Audi 4 Avant, when I press phone button on the head unit the display says phone not connected I have tried to pair my phone but I can’t see the Bluetooth connection on my phone or any where on my head unit 

any information would be much appreciated

Hi Steve, are you definitely sure your a4 has Bluetooth?

You may find that the button might be fitted even if you haven't got it as it's cheaper for Audi to do that then have a separate button layout.

I thought it had Bluetooth But maybe it hasn’t I am now thinking of replacing the head unit but a bit unsure which one to go for

Can anyone help I’m thinking of changing my head unit for this new one 

is it a straight swap ?
