Audi UTR wifi connection ?

HI,

Just had front and rear dash cams fitted to my A4 Avant, but can't seem to connect my smartphone to it !

When I try and connect the wifi I just get the timer thingy going round and round but not connecting. I have tried resetting

everything but to no avail.. Any ideas greatly appreciated.....

Did what was on the link but now it seems it won't even let me make a Wifi connection between the phone and the UTR, also it won't recognise my password ! keeps telling me it's the incorrect password when I know it isn't !!

Looks like a trip down to Audi on the cards,
