Mike_A3 Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 Hello everybody Since last two days I own an A3 8v ambition TFSI CoD 1.4. THe car is amazing compared to my old swift 2008. But a single issue: Suspension although keeps the car on track is rather stiff and in conjunction with my surged S5-L1 disc make my day too hard. Honestly I do not know which part makes things worse, the dampers, the springs or the 225/45/17 alloy wheels? I am thinking about the following two solutions 1) Change 17' wheels with 16' (I think 205/55/16) ones. 2)I ve heard a lot lot lot about koni fsd and coni active special but never a review from an a3 8v owner. My point is definately to enchance comfort.
Steve Q Posted October 13, 2018 Posted October 13, 2018 The softest a3 suspension is on the SE spec a d it'll.bolt straight on. A lot of aftermarket kits will.be stiffer than the standard items. Cheers Steve
