Vagster73 Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 Hello all, I picked up my 2008 A3 S Line today, its a 1 owner car with only 69k on the clock. The car is standard (for now) and in excellent condition however the 5 spoke S Line alloys have been kerbed and scuffed by the previous owner so I'm looking at changing them. My question is, I want to stick with 18's but can I buy a rim that would allow the wheel once fitted, to sit flush with the arch or will I have to buy spacers? Also the car is silver and I am needing inspiration with regards to design, whether to go to a black rim or silver? Any photos to give me some ideas will be appreciated. Thanks in advance 👍👍
Steve Q Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 I think you'll need spacers in my opinion. You can't go wrong with black or gunmetal grey wheels. The only problem is, if you curb them it's more noticeable. Cheers Steve
