3.0Tdi quattro suspension

Hi Guys,

Newbie here. I have a 2006 A6 3.0Tdi quattro LHD with c.95k. I have a question about the adaptive air suspension and whether I have a problem or not. When I leave the car sitting for a day or two I notice that the car seems to be sitting 'down' with no distance between the wheel arch and the tyre.  When I start the car and point to comfort mode the car lifts and seems like its in the correct position.  My question : Is this normal ? Is there a way of programming the vehicle to sit in comfort mode.  The car hadn't been driven in about 4 months.

Thanks for your assistance and guidance
