SPIKE4035
Hello Everyone Bit of a mine field this! I have an A4 2010 SE 2.0Tdle with 17 inch wheels and a tube of silicone if i have a puncture! Audi parts inform me that it would be unathorised if i was to fit a space saver!! Does any one have any further info on this. If i was to get a space saver would i need an 18 inch or would it be better to buy a steel wheel at 17 inch and fit a cheaper tyre. If the wife was driving would Audi assistance cover this problem? Thanks in anticipation for advice on this topic. Regards
Arcaned
Hi, im not really sure how that would work but do know that if you have a space saver, you can replace with tyre foam and it will pass the M.O.T. I would have thought it would have to be the same size space saver as the wheels that are on the car. Iv noticed that Audi choose to do alot of things different to other car manufacturers.
