Will these fit?

Will these fit straight in without any modifications? Also is there wiring loom already in my car. It’s a 2005 A4 avant 2.0tdi sline with cloth interior. These seats are out of a saloon.

They will fit yes but wiring for the electrics may be different. Although not sure. But bolt in would work. 

The airbag wiring should be standard though so your good to go.
