A3 Paint

I have a red A3 e-tron sportback from 2015. I would like some touch up paint for a couple of minor chips but can find no trace of the plate with all the details including the colour code. It is not in the engine, nor by the doors and it is not where I am told it will be by  Audi main agents  - in the spare wheel well. There is no spare wheel, only a battery and there is no plate anywhere to be seen.

Has anyone any information at all.
