mmi interface upgrade

hi people, I have a 2008 q7 which doesn't have phone or sat nav buttons on interface panel, can anyone tell me if its possible to change or add bluetooth to this system or would I have to change whole mmi

Im looking at the same now and just started a thread - if i get anywhere further than a bluetooth FM transmitter Ill let you know.. think Denison do a module that fits in with the cd changer by emulating it but would rather change all the units and have a nicer display than the red 2g basic..  even seen an awesome android dash replacement but would need a diff. mmi
