Hey simple question is the Luggage Rail system included as standard? Audi A6 C8 Avant SLine 2019

I got the push to fit Ties down Clips that fit the rails but no bars? 

there’s also a insert to house them under the “spare kit” cover?

No bars - just the rails on the boot floor, and 4 clip on tie down rings at under the false floor.
