Audi Carplay Retrofit recommendations

Hi,

We want to upgrade the stereo on our Audi A4 2.0T which currently has the basic Symphony radio (non-Bose) which a unit that has Carplay, Bluetooth phone and audio support. We would like to retain the steering wheel control of the volume and next track if possible. Ideally, would like a wireless Carplay unit that also has a good amp. 

What do people think between the following units for the A4:

Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX

Alpine iLX-107

Sony XAV-AX1000

I like the Sony unit because it has the volume knob built in and I can plug in the carplay unit up front instead of running a USB connection elsewhere. 

Please let me know of any experience with the Carplay units.
