Recommendations for B7 tires, brakes and other parts

Hi,

We are shipping a US purchased and based 2006 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro to Europe where my parents are returning for retirement. We have a local mechanic who suggested we take the common parts back with us as they are easier/cheaper to source in the US. The spare parts he recommended include:

- Breaks

- Timing belt 

- Struts

- Tires (all weather tires)

- Clutch

What would be a good model/place for these parts? The car has 85k miles it has been regularly maintained (we owned it for last 10 years), what other parts/regular maintenance would be anticipate in the next 30k miles?
