A4 2ltr TDI s line black edition quattro

Afternoon all

Im looking for some advice please before i go to a garage, the other day i checked my tyre pressures and topped the fronts up as was slightly under, ever since I've got a horrible whining noise, think its coming from front, any ideas what it may be as its there at any speed? Im thinking possibly wheel bearing but as 1st time audi owner still learning about them.
