Bluetooth activation

Hi, I have recently bought a 2011 A1 and when I go to connect my phone it says that the telephone app is not installed. Is there any way I can solve this myself? Perhaps with an obd eleven?

Same thing here 2009 A4 , telephone not installed., settings button not doing anything.  Tried accessing "green menu " but the carista app does not have this option .
