Coiled Spring Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 Hi, This is my first post and any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have had Audi A3 Sportback,s for the past 6 years with no problems at all, but in the past month the sat nav in my latest car has really started to play up. Put in a postcode destination and instead of taking you on the quickest, most direct route, it directs you way off course, miles further than you need. Even when driving the logical route the sat nav does not pick up the sensible option and still tries to take you back to the stupid route. The sat nav is Audis own MMI system, car bought new 2017. Anyone had similar problems?
oake Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 Have you checked the MMI Navigation options? Select NAV, Settings - there's a set of "avoid" options (e.g. highways, scenic routes, tunnels, etc) that might have been set by a previous owner.
