Will a VW Golf 2009 6 speed gearbox fit my A3?

Hello everyone. 

Not a regular poster so I apologize if this is not in the correct sub but I have an issue with my gearbox and it needs replacing. Making a knocking/tapping/banging noise in 4th and 6th gear. Took it to garage and said the box needs replacing. 

 

Anyway. I've managed to find a new gear box. It's a Volkswagen Golf 2009 6 speed manual. My car is a Audi A3 2.0l TDI 6 speed. 

Will it fit ?
