Retro look stereo upgrade

I am looking to replace the stereo in my 2.6 Cab with something that has DAB/Bluetooth capability, but don't fancy sticking some silver buttoned blue backlit Halford's special in the middle of the dash. Just wondered if anyone else had found anything to fit the bill? I have seen this unit, but think it is probably a decade older in looks than would suit the car:
