Key programming

Hi 

Bought an a3 a while back and it came with one key (I know "never buy a car with one key") but I was impatient. Question being can I buy a second hand key (if they are even about) and get it re cut and programmed to my ecu.

Welcome to the forum, 

Yes you can get a key done by a auto key specialist and you'll be like looking at £100 I think. I paid £60 for a basic key without remote locking on a mk4 golf.
