2008 b8 a4 heater blowing warm all the time

hi all, in need of a little help just purchased my first audi. I have an 08 143bhp a4 sline and my passenger side vents constantly blow hot. Has any one had this issue? Read online about control flaps, temp sensors and blocked heater pipes. Can any one help?

You've read right. Other than a diagnostic check which might flag fault codes. It's a case of checking those parts to see which one has failed.
