Well as you have only 4.3 miles fuel left I'd say it was a low fuel level lamp.

Have you dipped the oil level?

I had this recently and the local garage advised it was an engine emission fault, maybe cat. converter.

Mine cleared after a few hard runs to burn off any residues. Good luck.
