Jonnyc Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 Hi Just bought an audi a5 2012 sports back. Phone connects for phone calls via Bluetooth... Great job. But I'm absolutely blown away that I can't get any music to play. For a brand like audi and the spec I got I'm actually blown away. It's a simple thing.. Even back in 2012. There's not even a aux port. Any advice? I have that odd connection in the glove box.
Steve Q Posted August 5, 2020 Posted August 5, 2020 You'd be surprised how basic some of the Audi MMI units actually are. You're best bet is to fit an aux adapter into the back.of the head unit I believe. Cheers Steve
mobsterlfc Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Hi I also own a 2012 Audi a5 sportback. Once you've connected the phone to Bluetooth, simply select media (the button bottom right of the gear stick) and use any music app such as tidal, Spotify etc. To play the music. It may take 30 secs or so to but it does work 🙂
