N/S headlamp for 2009 Q5 3.0 TDI quattro - why can't I find one?

Hello

I've looked everywhere but cannot find a new replacement headlight for my 2009 AUDI Q5 3.0 TDI quattro.

The original part ID is 8R0 998 029 A - but that will cost around £750 from Audi!

Surely there is another cheaper option that will be compatible?

Take it ‘looked everywhere’ includes having registered your want with on line breaker link sites such as Partsfinder ( there are others).

PS - Partsfinder doesn't seem to have any of the Audi Q series listed
