Looking for a set of Side steps and light problems

Hi guys and girls I have a Audi Q7 sline 2007

and my rear lights on the passenger side won’t work I have replaced the truck switch and checked all the bulbs and fuses and no joy just wondering did any one else on here have the same problem have a reverse light but nothing else the lights all work fine on the drivers side thanks 

also looking for a set of side steeps for a 2007 sline cheers

Hello Patrick.

Have you checked with a meter to ensure that you have an adequate earth on the passenger side light unit? Also confirmed you don’t have a 12 volt supply to it. 

If the earth measures fine, then it’s worth peeling back the flexible rubber covering where the harness feeds from the body into the tailgate. This is often a source of problems due to wires flexing over a long period of time, and eventually breaking.
