High beam/climate control intermittent issues

Hi I have been looking for anyone having the same issues as I have but not luck so far.

My high beam will intermittently dip at random I haven’t been able to spot a pattern for why it does this. When the high beam does dip the climate control will also cut out then come back within a second or so. 
 

is anyone familiar with said issue?

Is the battery in good condition? If not it would be worth renewing it before doing anything else because a dodgy battery can cause apparently unrelated and mysterious electrical problems.

yeah I replaced the battery already had the charge system tested all working as it should. I know it’s an odd one but I had the typical rear washer line leak in the boot which I ended up doing a rear wiper delete and removed the pipe from the washer bottle. Dried the and cleaned up the connectors in the boot. No way this could be related??

It's hard to imagine how removing the rear wiper could cause your problem unless the feed wire is flapping onto an earth. Beyond that I have no idea.
