Q7 Lower door mouldings

Hi all

My 2007 Q7 has come nasty scuffs on the lower door mouldings on the drivers side it is a 2 tone grey colour car with the dark grey as the body colour and door mouldings a lighter grey.

My question is can these be filled and painted? If so what is the colour code and where can i buy the paint i have been looking for a pair of second hand ones but can't find any to match the car at the moment so wanted to try and refurb what i have.
