Dull noise coming from A3 1.4TFSI S line

Hi there, new to the forum and just want to ask if anyone would have an idea of what my problem could be? I’ve had the car over a year now and it’s never affected anything but it’s more annoying than anything now haha. 
 

anyway... after the car heats up ( maybe like 5 minutes ) then 

a dull noise starts similar to a hole in your exhaust. This is only noticeable when you accelerate and theres nothing at all when the car is sitting idle. Happens between 1.5k rpm to 2.5/3k rpm. I’ll attach a couple videos to this from my look from inside the car with the windows up and with my windows down just to show you how noticeable this is.
