Does anyone know why, for a luxury car brand, the Audi UK website, the My Audi app and the technical support for these is so !Removed! awful? Has it always been like this? The technical support always has an excuse why it is not their fault. Audi customer services are apathetic when challenged. The app dumps all my details within 48hr, given up using it but, would just like a retro fit dipstick.
