Stuart_Andrew Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Hello, Newbie here, I have recently purchased an Audi A3 8P 2.0TDI, I bought some 18" BBS Speedlines of a friend which i intend to put on my A3. Trouble is, in my opinion the Audi is too high already, so lowering (moderately, 30-40mm) is also on the agenda. Being a popular wheel of choice, i wondered if anyone has done this? if so, how low did you go? did they rub? Current wheels are 17's with a larger profile than the 18's, so 'hopefully' it will even out and the lowering won't affect anything, but wanted to join/ask anyway. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated 馃榿馃榿 Thank you, Stu
A3_Ben Posted February 9, 2021 Posted February 9, 2021 Might sound weird but I actually like the high stance of my A3 (2005) is an SE model but with all the S Line upgrades besides lowered suspension. I guess because living in London there are so many massive speed bumps just never scrape the bumper
