How to disable start stopn in 2020 A3 ?

I try voltage method and not work. It is possible to turn this off ? On my other car Golf 7 voltage method work and start stop is disabled.

Should be able to disable it with VCDS ive seen methods on youtube disabling it using VCDS but i do not know if the same methods apply to your model but might be worth looking into it
