Adblu yellow fault

Driving on motorway today and yellow warning pops up adblu fault no restart in 650 miles. Gone off and left engine management light on. Dealer advised to fill tank. Only took about 2 litres to fill. Management light still on. Anyone else had this

You probably need to clear the fault code.

 I have the same problem 

they want to fit a new sensor £500 + labour and vat and can’t guarantee it
