Tail light problem

New member - l have tried to remove the n/s tail light cluster to sort out an electrical problem but the bolt that holds the cluster in place just spins and won't come out, please does anyone have a fix for me?

I think the circuit boards are known to fail due to corrosion. As to how to get it out if the screw is just spinning is an interesting one.
