Door outer sill seal coming off - see photo

Hard to describe but you’ll clearly see in the photo. I have an A3 2005 Sportback where at first just the drivers door now the passenger front seals attached to the bottom of the actual doors start to come off - looks like they’re glued to the door but anybody know where I can get replacements? 
 

I know the doors have a plastic trim down the very bottom do I need to replace those?

From Audi perhaps?
