Hello guys,

First of all, forgive me my bad English, its not my first language.

About problem: I'm driving with an Audi A6 Ultra 2.0 140kw 190hp Avant 2014 model. Few months ago my dpf warning light came on, so did engnine light. My EGR cooler and DPF + catalyst was replaced, everything new. Since then, my dpf warning light check usermanual.. warning pops up and revs stuck to 1000 rpm. If i go to the service, they cant find a issue. Even the car dealership doesnt know anymore what to do.
After dpf replacement all the values were set to 0, they installed a update that refers to this problem and still the same issue.  After every 500-700 km warning light pops up. When the computer is connected to the car and all diagnostics done, it doesnt show any errors, nothing, not a single error or problem.

Can someone help me, where to look or what would be the problem?  Maybe somebody has had the same problem.

I have constantly had issues with my dpf regenerating and error lights. My car is actually in the garage getting repaired right now which all started from the dpf issues. I am replacing the egr cooler the turbo and against people's advice having the dpf filter removed. Egr coolers are a knightmare and when they are faulty they can affect the dpf, egr and the turbo. Also if you don't have the correct oil this can cause issues as you need a low ash oil.

It seems so.. I've wasted a lot of money and nerves on this dpf stuff, it wasnt cheap to replace all of the componets, right now it seems bit pointless to remove dpf. Next week i'll take my car to the service and we keep searching, what may couse this.

Just thought that maybe i get good advice from where, where to look or what to do.

Just yesterday the same issue started, after driving just 650 km from the last service, my revs just kept on 1000rpm. Today morning when i took my car to the washing place, DPF error pop'd. DPF Particulate filter error, check the user manual.

If i drive on a motorway, with 5th gear and rpms 2500, the error will go away eventually.

Weird thing is that, that computer doesnt show any error, non a single malfunction, nothing. Doesnt even know where to look. Car hasnt lost its power, fuel economy is normal, hasnt rised. And to drive, it feels like riding a young stallion. Flys like a airplane.
