S6 2008 Rear Nearside Brake Light Out

I have a brake failed warning light on which I’ve traced to the nearside light cluster. I had thought a simple bulb swap was required, but having taken the light out and popped the lens cover off, it transpires that despite every other light having a standard bulb, the brake light is LED and built into the lens. My problem is that I’m having trouble finding a replacement lens unit as they all seem to be non LED versions - I bought one to check, but the LED element is missing. Can anyone advise as to where I can get one ?
