FAULTY AUDIO

HI EVERYONE,

MY DAUGHTER PURCHASED A NEW AUDI A3S-LINE BLACK EDITION

IN SEPTEMBER 2020.

SHE HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE BASS DROPPING OUT WHEN LISTENING TO MUSIC.

THIS HAS BEEN INTO AUDI 4-5 TIMES NOW.

HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD PROBLEMS ?

Many thanks for being in touch with the forum. 
Appreciating your daughter has returned the car to an Audi dealer on 4 or 5 occasions - without success? - Audi has to sort the problem under warranty. 
Worth trying another dealer?
