Prolog Posted June 19, 2021 Posted June 19, 2021 Hi, I'm looking for some advice. The emissions warning light has come on with an error code P20BD00 - Reductant Heater "B" Control Circuit Open. I've looked online and seen various solutions for a Q5, ranging from a software fix to clear the warning (the system doesn't then detect any issues) to replacing the heater unit. Replacing the heater unit is variously described as horrendously expensive and elsewhere being something that can be easily done. Has anyone got any advice on this? Q5 2012 Many thanks.
