S3 Stage 2 Tuners

Hi all! I've just got an S3 8V manual and want to get it stage 2 tuned. I wanted to see who people thought were the best tuners in the south/east? I've had recommendations for both MRC in Banbury and VRS in Northampton so far. 

I'm also thinking of going sportscat exhaust vs full decat. Anyone have any personal experience with how that impacts performance?
