Keyless entry stopped working

Hi , Just purchased an A6 Allroad , 2017 The keyless entry was working for a few days now stopped working , My Son has been in the car playing with bits as they don, Dows anyone know how to re enable the keyless entry?

Try youtube they often have fix it videos for that sort of thing even if the model shown is a couple of years older it normally puts you in the right ball park.
