No sound from radio or sat nav

For some inexplicable reason I currently have no sound from either the radio or the satnav on my 2019 A6.

I had done anything unusual simply working driving to destination, parked up and then when started car to drive home noticed that’s no sound coming out in relation to either.  

I have reset everything I can see via MMI to factory settings this has not solved the problem. 

I also found a solution on the net of holding the volume button down for 10 seconds which seem to reboot the system this didn’t work either solve the problem.  

Any suggestions?

As you've tried to reboot it abd it's not fixed it then my advice would be to get it booked into Audi as it's still under warranty
