They say post 2011 cars will be fine. But there's a checker on the government website. Where it'll affect cars pre 2011 is by rotting the fuel tanks and rubber hoses.

It says a4 2001-2008 with Parking heater is compatible. Did a4s cone with a parking heater? 

I think you'd be ok. Alternatively you could always contact Audi directly.
