Glovebox won’t open

Hi All, 

New to the forum…just bought my wife a 2013 A5 cabriolet and the glove box handle seems to be jammed as if locked, I have tried wiggling the key in locked and open positions but no joy ! Does anybody know if there is a release I can do through the side fuse box please ? I have looked myself but can’t find anything…
